WordChain is a collaboration between Christchurch literacy expert Betsy Sewell and Nectarine, a Wairarapa-based multimedia company with decades of experience in the education sector.
Eight years ago, the directors of Nectarine saw Betsy's Agility with Sound programme transform their daughter from a struggling reader to an enthusiastic and capable one. They jumped in to help convert one of the main tools - Wordchain - into a series of apps, to support Betsy's mission of making every child a capable reader and speller.
Wordchain for Web brings the success of the apps to a wider platform, at a lower entry price.
